Afterschool and Summer Learning Grant Opportunities

Vermont's Agency of Education has announced it will be releasing three afterschool and summer learning grant options this fall totaling more than $7 million. The federal Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center (21C) Grant, is now accepting letters of intent. Virtual applicant trainings will be held on October 16 and November 20. The second and third grants, the Act 78 Program and Center Grants, will be released in mid-October. These grants will be pulled from the AOE's special fund, the dedicated annual funding source to increase afterschool and summer program capacity.

For more information on these grants, including application dates, and to register for the virtual applicant training, visit the Agency of Education website.
