Vermont Commission on Women Survey for H.629

The Vermont Commission on Women (VCW) is asking for responses to a survey that will be shared with legislators regarding bill H.629. This bill would change the current rules for people who were adopted in Vermont and expand access for adopted people to identifying information about their birth/first/biological parents and to their original birth certificate upon reaching adulthood.
