Alliance Equity Discussion - Mental Health Literacy through a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lens - 4/19 Many early childhood community members have renewed their personal and professional commitment to antiracism and diversity, equity, and inclusion – and want to engage in sustained learning. To support this, the Vermont Early Childhood Advocacy Alliance and its partners are convening a monthly, salon-style Equity Discussion Group via Zoom. Our next session is coming up on Friday, April 19, at 1:00 pm. This month’s discussion will focus on the inclusion of Mental Health Literacy in basic health response training and support. The discussion will be led by Sunny Noelle Naughton, the founder of Sunshine Silver Lining, a Mental Health and Communications Consultancy. She was recently named a Champion of Mental Health Literacy from the Mental Health Literacy Collaborative and the Top Mental Health First Aid trainer in Vermont. | |
