Alliance Monthly Equity Discussion – “VTAEYC Exchange Diversity Fellowship” – 9/27

Join a group of peers and colleagues from the early childhood community to engage in sustained learning about anti-racism, equity, and inclusion. The Alliance hosts a monthly, salon-style Equity Discussion Group via Zoom. Our next session is coming up on Friday, September 27, at 1:00 pm.

This month we will be learning about the Diversity Fellowship that is part of VT Assoc. for Young Children's (VTAEYC) Exchange program. The Exchange was started in 2022 and aims to inspire learning and action through advocacy in areas where early childhood intersects with society’s most pressing issues. The Diversity fellows will be hosting conversations and sharing information about our diversity as a strength, listening for ideas that can promote diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and ways to include these values in what we do with and for young children. Our discussion will be led by Beth Wallace, VTAEYC's Associate Director for Early Childhood Educator Engagement.

Register on Zoom to receive the meeting link.
